What is GaN technology?

GaN is gallium nitride, a a compound of gallium (Ga) and nitrogen (N). It has specific semiconductor properties: it can withstand high temperatures perfectly, and it is also very durable. The compound does not occur naturally in nature. It has to be produced artificially in the laboratory, which is what Polish companies are doing. The process is demanding. The complicated reaction takes tens of minutes to complete, but with details only chemists and physicists will be interested in. The most important aspect is the effect of.
