You lack energy? You have a headache, or you are irritated by the light? Don't underestimate it. This could mean digital eye strain (DES), which is affecting an increasingly wide range of people. Daily interaction with multiple displays - smartphones, tablets, laptops, or TVs. All these devices emit light that can have a negative impact on the condition of our eyes. This can be countered in several ways. Below we will describe some of them, leaving out the most obvious one which is to abandon the use of such devices.
