A modern microprocessor-controlled material thickness gauge that performs measurement using ultrasonic waves.
Thus, the device can measure material thickness using sound waves based on the speed of sound.
To ensure the highest accuracy, the device offers a very wide scale in 0.1 mm increments and an automatic calibration function.
The device is equipped with two sensors for different material thicknesses, enabling measurements from 1 mm to 300 mm at a sound frequency of 5 MHz.
For the best protection, a wide range of accessories is stored in an aluminum case. In this way, the device is ideally prepared for everyday use and proves useful in assessing material thickness in the shipbuilding, metal, plastics, and manufacturing industries.
