Wonder Grip technology
Wonder Grip organizes its research and development activities around three key themes: coating compounds, weaving techniques and mold ergonomics. Wonder Grip Technology defines a type of honeycomb coating specifically developed by Wonder Grip. The technology is based on creating a specific roughness on the coated surface of the glove, thus reproducing the effect of better grip. These micro roughnesses deflect liquids, such as water or oil, away from the contact surface, significantly increasing grip, whether in wet, dry or oily conditions. This specially designed enhanced grip technology provides the user with a much better grip. In other words, Wonder Grip Technology reduces the force required to move objects and significantly increases grip control on all objects, in both dry and slippery environments. Test results from BOKEN Japan, an independent materials testing and inspection agency, showed an increase in the coefficient of friction, i.e. gripping force or grip, of 58% * for Wonder Grip Technology latex coatings and 36% for Wonder Grip Technology nitrile coatings.

Tsunooga polyethylene fiber: a revolution in gloves to prevent cuts
To achieve support for each glove, fibers are selected according to very specific criteria. Such is the case with Tsunooga polyethylene, the fiber we chose to knit our cut-resistant gloves. This fiber is not only extremely resistant, offering excellent cut-resistant properties, but is also ideal for making soft and comfortable textured gloves. No solvents are used in the production of this fiber, making it more hygienic and healthier to use than other polyethylene fibers. Tsunoog fiber also has special heat conduction properties that allow it to absorb and distribute natural body heat. The inclusion of this fiber makes it possible to produce gloves that provide a feeling of freshness on the skin.

Wonder Grip also certifies that all raw materials used in the production of products comply with European Union regulations (Regulation No. 1907/2006): the Regulation on chemical products and their use ?, hereinafter referred to as REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals). The main objective of this directive is to ensure the highest level of protection and safety for human health and the environment. Wonder Grip strives to continually offer more added value to its customers. One of the main reasons that led us to apply for this certification was that we could demonstrate that Wonder Grip distinguishes itself from its competitors not only by the technical quality of its products, but also by the intrinsic quality of the raw materials used. While some competitors continue to use toxic solvents that pose a risk to production line operators and end-product users, Wonder Grip's difference lies in its OEKO-TEX accreditation.
