- Cuts flat cables with a width from 0.305" to 0.350" and a height from 0.155" to 0.185", commonly found in Corning SST-Drop flat cables with a jacket thickness from 0.03" to 0.04"
- Slits both sides of the jacket at the same time, allowing easy access to fibers or strength members
- Can separate the jacket and strength members from the buffer tube, leaving the fiber undamaged
- Two reversible blades are pre-assembled and can be reversed for double service life
- Replacement blades (FOD-RB25) can be purchased separately
