Wonder Grip BEE-TOUGH WG-522B protective gloves in size XXL/11
Wonder Grip WG-522B Bee-Tough combines the Bee series knitting technique and a nitrile coating that provides oil resistance and optimal long-lasting grip. The upper part of the gloves is made of an ultra-light lining that ensures both high twist resistance and unparalleled air circulation. The Bee series knitting technique creates a unique shape on the hand, maximizing the coefficient of friction provided by the coating itself. The lower part of the glove uses DuaLiner technology and its special support on the back of the hand, ensuring a precise and secure fit. Equipped with the Bee series, DuaLiner, and a nitrile coating, the WG-522B Bee-Tough sets a new standard of working comfort in greasy and oily environments.

Protection, performance, ergonomics and comfort
These are the very concepts at the core of Wonder Grip's research and development, which over the years has introduced many important technical solutions and patents, especially in the field of coating preparation, such as Wonder Grip Technology, which made it possible to achieve high grip in wet and oily environments, reducing risk and worker fatigue. Wonder Grip is a company based in Japan, founded about 20 years ago by technicians who came from the production of gloves for industrial use. Wonder Grip work gloves provide the highest level of dexterity and grip in their categories, which in turn redefines hand protection. Every Wonder Grip glove has been designed to provide the highest level of performance, from lightweight protective gloves to highly technical cut-resistant gloves. At every stage of research, development, and the production process, the same philosophy applies: never compromise. Wonder Grip strives to offer products that go beyond the users' basic protective functions, offering an unparalleled level of comfort and dexterity.
Wonder Grip Technology
Wonder Grip organizes its research and development activities around three key topics: coating compounds, weaving techniques, and mold ergonomics. Wonder Grip Technology defines a type of honeycomb coating specially developed by Wonder Grip. This technology consists of creating a specific roughness on the coated surface of the glove, thus reproducing the effect of better grip. These micro-irregularities divert liquids such as water or petroleum away from the contact surface, which significantly increases grip in wet, dry, and oily conditions alike. This specially designed enhanced-grip technology provides the user with significantly better grip. In other words, Wonder Grip Technology reduces the force needed to move objects and significantly increases grip control of all objects, both in dry and slippery environments. Test results carried out by BOKEN Japan, an independent agency testing and inspecting materials, showed an increase in the friction coefficient, i.e. gripping force or adhesion, by 58% * for Wonder Grip Technology latex coatings and by 36% for Wonder Grip Technology nitrile coatings.
TPDT: Thermo-set Pre-curved Design Technology
All gloves are manufactured using TPDT (Thermo-set Pre-curved Design Technology). This means placing them inside a mold that reproduces the natural shape of the hand at rest during soaking, and our gloves are also washed and dried using a method specially developed by engineers. This method provides our users with freedom of movement and increased sensitivity, thanks to which Wonder Grip has gained an international reputation. Wonder Grip Technology also provides increased gripping force, thus reducing the risk of injury, preventing musculoskeletal disorders, and contributing to additional overall comfort in the workplace.
Bee Series
Wonder Grip's latest innovation, the Bee series, contains a full set of technologies offering an unprecedented experience. The team of scientists pioneered a new knitting technique inspired by the geometric shape of a honeycomb, which uses the smallest amount of material. Based on the same concept, liners knitted with the Bee technique can withstand high tensile force while offering twice the air circulation * compared to standard knit fabric, thanks to the double knitting technique. The Bee series liners are ultra-light and represent the first knitting technique that increases grip due to its shape on the hand.

DuaLiner
At Wonder Grip, the definition of comfort goes beyond the feeling of physical freedom. We strive to create unique hand protection solutions that provide users with well-being, satisfaction, and safety. Based on this concept, Wonder Grip developed a new series of liners reducing nerve and muscle fatigue, preventing musculoskeletal disorders. The upper part of the lining is made of fibers whose technical properties guarantee a true second-skin feel and provide freedom of movement. The lower part of the lining is made of nylon and reinforced with unique reinforcement developed by our R&D department. It reaches halfway across the hand to ensure a precise and secure fit, preventing inflammation of the joints and tendons.

Tsunooga polyethylene fiber: a revolution in cut-prevention gloves
To provide support for each glove, fibers are selected according to very detailed criteria. This is the case with Tsunooga polyethylene, the fiber we selected for knitting our cut-resistant gloves. This fiber is not only exceptionally durable, offering excellent cut-prevention properties, but it is also ideal for producing soft and comfortable textured gloves. No solvents are used in the production of this fiber, making it more hygienic and healthier to use than other polyethylene fibers. Tsunooga fiber also has special heat-conducting properties that allow it to absorb and distribute natural body heat. The inclusion of this fiber makes it possible to produce gloves that provide a feeling of freshness on the skin.
Wonder Grip - certificates as a guarantee of quality
Wonder Grip factories hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certifications. All production processes - from raw material purchasing to final product quality control and environmental management - meet the strictest international standards. Wonder Grip also certifies that all raw materials used in the production of its products comply with European Union regulations (Regulation No. 1907/2006): the regulation concerning chemical products and their use ?, hereinafter referred to as REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals). The main objective of this directive is to ensure the highest level of protection and safety of human health and the environment. Wonder Grip continuously strives to offer its customers greater added value. One of the main reasons that led us to apply for this certification was that we could demonstrate that Wonder Grip stands out from the competition not only through the technical quality of its products, but also through the internal quality of the raw materials used. While some competitors still use toxic solvents that pose a threat to production line operators and end-product users, the Wonder Grip difference lies in its OEKO-TEX accreditation.
