BIRA XS00UPW electric door strike
The XS series electric strikes are slim (only 16.2 mm wide) and have small dimensions, allowing them to be installed in narrow profiles and door frames. They are built symmetrically ? they are perfect for left and right doors of various types. The catch is adjustable in 3.5mm and has a radial shape (it does not go beyond the outline of the electric strike) - it requires a smaller hole, which makes installation easier and faster.
The XS00UPW model is additionally equipped with a memory and a switch.
Memory in the electric striker makes the electric striker, after receiving an electrical impulse, maintain the state of one-time release of the striker until the door, wicket, etc. is opened. When the door is latched, the striker returns to its original (locked) position.
The mechanical switch disconnects the electric control of the electric strike, allowing the door to remain open regardless of the electric pulse until the switch is switched again. An electric door strike with a mechanical switch is often referred to as an electric door strike with a ? "day-night" function.
