Designed to cut and ring fiber optic cables from 3.3mm to 6.4mm in diameter, this cable cutting and wrapping tool is ideal for cutting and wrapping cables, buffer tubes and fiber optic cable sheaths without damaging the interior.

- The blade depth is easily adjustable from 3.3 mm to 6.4 mm (0.125 inch to 0.250 inch)
- Spring-loaded handle for easy operation
- Can be used to cut and wrap 1/8" and 7/32" diameter cables, as well as fiber optic, coaxial and electrical cables of similar size
- Includes two cutting blades and one rounded blade for cutting without damaging the inner wires
