Ergonomic shears for working with fiber optic cables, the Jonard Tools JIC-375 three-hole stripper performs all popular fiber stripping functions.

Key product features:


- Removes 1.6?3.0 mm thick fiber optic cable jacket, 600?900 micron thick buffer coating and 250 micron thick acrylic coating, exposing 125 micron thick glass fiber
- The first hole pulls off a 1.6 mm?3.0 mm thick sheath, exposing the fiber optics and Kevlar reinforcing elements
- The second hole removes the buffer coating, exposing the acrylic coating on the optical fiber
- The third hole removes the acrylic coating, exposing the glass fiber without cutting or scratching the fiber
- The curved jaw guides the fiber into the third hole to prevent accidental cutting of the fiber
- Safety lock allows the tool to be easily stored when not in use
- The tool is made of strong high-carbon steel and the handle is made of TPR (thermoplastic rubber) for high durability and greater comfort
